Where can I download the App?

Via this webpage you can download the iOS and Android App.

How do I retrieve my reservation in the App?

You can retrieve your reservation in the App by entering your order number and the same e-mailaddress that you used while making your reservation. With this information the App will retrieve your reservation information and make it available to you.

What do I have to do when I cannot activate my Minisafari Jeep?

If the ermergency stop is still in the Minisafari Jeep, you will have to pull it out of it holder before you can activate the vehicle with the App. This is for safety reasons. After activating the Minisafari Jeep in the App you will also have to press the red button on the emergency stop before your child can drive the Minisafari Jeep.

In some rare cases the App will ask your to put the emergency stop back in the Minisafari Jeep and then press the activate button in the App. After this you will have to take the emergency stop out and press the activate button in the App once more to activate your Minisafari Jeep. All these instructions are also shown in the App if this situation is applicable to your reservation.

My rented product does respond to the gas pedal or handle

All our products are operated on battery power. In case there is insufficient power available in the battery the product will slow down and eventually stop. In this situation we asked you to contact the reception at your location and they will be able to help you out.

I didn not (yet) receive my order confirmation via e-mail

You will receive two e-mails during your ordering proces: (1) to confirm your reservation en (2) after receipt of payment for your order. In case you did not receive the second e-mail (which has a pdf attached with your tickets as well), it is more than likely something went wrong during the payment process and that as a result we did not receive payment for your order. Check your creditcard or bankaccount that the amount for your order actually has been charged. If this is not the case we recommend that you place a new order and possibly try a different payment method. Another possibility is that our mails ended up in your e-mail spam folder.
